1. Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date and must be in brand new, resalable condition.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and Uninstalled: The convex mirror must not have been installed, mounted, or have any signs of use (e.g., scratches, dirt, adhesive residue, or weather exposure).

  • In Original Packaging: All original packaging, including the box, protective covers, mounting hardware, and any included accessories must be intact and returned.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer.

  • Products returned without original packaging or with missing components.

  • Any product that is not in its original condition due to improper handling after delivery.

2. Return Responsibility: Who Pays for Shipping?

  • Customer covers return shipping if:

    • The return is due to customer reasons (e.g., ordered wrong size, no longer needed, change of mind).

  • Seller covers return shipping if:

    • The return is a result of our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item, or there is a verified manufacturing defect).

For our customers in Europe and the United States, we are pleased to offer free return shipping labels for returns that are our fault. For customer-initiated returns, a return label will be provided for your convenience, but the cost will be deducted from your refund (see section 4).

3. Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at haodasendianzishangwu@outlook.com with your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence (especially for defective items).

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval within 1-3 business days. If approved, we will provide further instructions.

  3. Ship Back: Once approved, you must ship the item back to us within 5 business days and provide us with the tracking number.

  4. Refund/Inspection: After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

4. Refund Details

  • Refund Amount: The refund will be for the price of the product only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for customer-initiated returns.

  • Return Shipping Fee Deduction: For customer-initiated returns, a processing and shipping fee of $14.99 USD will be applicable. We can provide a return label for convenience, and this fee will be deducted from your refund total.

  • Exchange: Exchanges for a different size or model are subject to stock availability. For exchanges caused by our error, we provide free replacements.

5. Shipping Transit Restrictions

All shipments in transit are non-returnable until delivery is completed and the package is officially received by the customer. Once the carrier marks the package as "Delivered," our standard return policy will apply.

6. Order Cancellation & Processing Policy

I. Order Cancellation Rules

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for shipment.

  • Cancellation Conditions:

    • ✅ Allowed: Cancellation requested before the order status is marked as "Shipped."

    • ❌ Not Allowed: Cancellation is not possible once the order status is "Shipped."

II. Merchant Processing Time

  • We strive to process and ship all standard orders within 1-3 business days.

  • During promotional periods, processing may extend to 1-5 business days (will be announced in advance).

III. Late Processing Policy
If we fail to ship your order within the promised processing timeframe, the cancellation restriction is lifted, and you may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.

Important Note: Proper installation is crucial for safety. Please ensure you have selected the correct size and type of convex mirror for your application. We recommend consulting our sizing guide or contacting us for advice before purchasing. GLOBAL CONVEX MIRRORS is not liable for any incidents resulting from improper selection, installation, or use of our products.
